Lead strategic relationships with major strategic accounts, coordinate with global technical sales and the AE teams, and identify areas of growth to drive sales with consistent YoY growth.
Drive deeper collaboration to gain revenue and market share for Cadence EDA, Design Services, HW, and IP portfolio.
Hands-on account management, actively engaged in winning market share and securing large deals with major customers.
Build senior client relationships and become a “trusted advisor” to C-level customers.
Demonstrate the value of the Cadence solutions, negotiate, and close complex contracts.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets for global strategic accounts.
Present strategic account plans, forecasts, and business requests to senior-level and executive-level management internally.
Set priorities and coordinate resources across Cadence business units including Application Eng, Product Eng, R&D
Requirements;
Master degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in EDA/semiconductor sales experience with proven track record. Good understanding of IC design, verification and validation processes with strong business and technical communication skills and possess results-oriented, positive attitude needed to nurture and build long term customer relationships. Highly competitive nature to win new market share and strongly defend established product entrenchments. Ability to call high in the customer organizations while maintaining good relationship at all levels. Excellent contract negotiation and sales skills. Good team player, who can rally internal stakeholders to achieve the best overall team performance in meeting Customer’s goals.
