We're looking for Account Executives as we continue to grow! You will be part of a growing and collaborative team in our Boston, MA office. The team uses a consultative sales approach that works to align a customer's need with the product capability.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell Quickbase software solutions to new customers within the Commercial segment (Under 2000 Employees).
  2. Generate revenue growth through inbound and outbound telephone sales activities, and follow up on leads.
  3. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support customers throughout the sales process.
  4. Actively defend and expand existing business subscriptions post-sale.
  5. Understand product capabilities and set appropriate customer expectations.
  6. Manage a pipeline of opportunities and leads, achieving KPIs for business results.
  7. Align sales presentations/demonstrations with customer needs.
  8. Identify and understand customer's business requirements/problems and recommend Quickbase as a solution.
  9. Create and execute prospecting campaigns to drive demand.
  10. Utilize relevant sales methodologies and demonstrate technical acumen in customer engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years selling experience preferred.
  • High performer with a commitment to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meeting or exceeding current quotas consistently.
  • Ability to utilize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Eager to learn and passionate about technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in actively managing and cultivating a sales pipeline, including multiple opportunities at various stages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS preferred.
