Job Overview
The Sr Account Executive, Portfolio Solutions is an industry expert with strong business acumen, technical expertise, relationship management, and business development skills. This role utilizes these abilities and relevant experiences to identify, curate, and communicate a continuously evolving portfolio of value-adding solutions. These solutions are sourced from the broader T-Mobile Partner Channel including Indirect partners and Connected Solution Providers (CSP) and offered to the T-Mobile for Business Sales teams, who then present and sell them to T-Mobile's customers. This position is crucial for accelerating the growth of T-Mobile for Business by effectively conveying the value propositions of top-tier solution offerings to both internal business partners/sellers and, when appropriate, end customers, in a swift and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with T-Mobile Channel Partners, Connected Service Providers, Solution Specialists, and direct segment sales teams to ensure that T-Mobile for Business has an understanding of third party solutions, and can seamlessly offer the most suitable and value-adding third-party business solutions to enhance T-Mobile's product offerings.
  • Achieve associated growth targets as established by T-Mobile for Business leadership.
  • Remain current of industry landscape, both of wireless solutions and of the end customers.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. Required
  • 7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • Business Acumen Strong business acumen; incorporates overall objective in developing strategy and decisions. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $103,320 - $186,410

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
