Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a master's program in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python with coursework or projects in data science / AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to communicate technical results.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, natural language processing, Generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).
- Understanding Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, multi-step workflows, tool usage, and orchestration patterns.
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, personalization techniques, ranking models, and customer/product relevance modeling.
- Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and transformer-based architectures, including when and how to apply them to practical AI use cases.
- Ability to implement, evaluate, and tune classical machine learning models such as XGBoost, Random Forest, gradient boosting, regression models, and other standard ML techniques for real-world business problems.
