Description and Requirements
【職務内容】
メットライフグループ共通の枠組みでありリスクベースのTesting & Monitoringについて、企画・運営を行います。個別のTesting & Monitoringの計画から結果の確認を行い、検証結果を踏まえ、根本原因分析や改善提言、また、経営層やグローバル関係者への報告を行います。
【経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）】
金融機関、保険会社、監査法人、コンサルティング会社等におけるコンプライアンス、内部監査、リスク管理、内部統制の経験がある方。
日本の生命保険募集規制、営業管理、顧客保護、代理店管理等に関する理解。データ・文書・ヒアリング結果を踏まえてリスクを分析し、実効性ある改善提言および報告書作成ができること。日本語および英語で、関係部門・経営層・グローバル関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできること。
【経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可）】
生命保険会社における営業コンプライアンス、募集管理、代理店管理、顧客苦情・不祥事故対応、または当局対応の経験。グローバルフレームワークに基づくTesting & Monitoring計画の策定・実行経験。Excel、PowerPoint、データ分析ツール等を用いたリスク分析・可視化スキル。プロジェクトマネジメント経験、複数部門を巻き込んだ改善活動のリード経験。
