We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sportsbook Product Manager to lead the development and ongoing maintenance of our Sportsbook product. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of key features and ensuring high platform reliability across mobile and web. This is a hands-on project management role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams.

As the primary owner of the Sportsbook vertical, you’ll track open issues, coordinate timely bug fixes, and ensure that all feature rollouts meet both user expectations and regulatory standards. You’ll be on the frontlines of operational execution, responsible for both long-term planning and real-time incident response.

Key Expectations

  • Own the bug backlog for the Sportsbook vertical — triage, prioritize, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with engineers and QA.
  • Ensure all feature releases meet critical timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and support) to drive the full lifecycle of product delivery.
  • Manage live incidents or outages, including being on call during critical issues and escalating/resolving in real time with technical leads.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to senior leadership and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all projects, including feature specs, workflows, and release notes.

This position is onsite at our HQ in Boston, MA near South Station.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
