The Crown Is Yours
As a Sportsbook Manager for our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, you'll be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of strategies that optimize sportsbook revenue and capture market share effectively for your suite of sports. In this collaborative role, you'll identify trends in historical data and anticipate future performance, leveraging performance trends across the sports-betting landscape to ultimately maximize the success of our Sportsbook product.
What you'll do as a GTM Strategy Manager
- Leverage unique insights and market data through cross-team collaboration to craft comprehensive strategies that include key metrics, campaign value propositions, and marketing plans for different phases of each sport calendar.
- Optimize content and offerings for monetization and appeal and ensure alignment on reinvestment and retention strategies.
- Craft and amplify compelling campaigns in a tone that will resonate with our audience and ensure relevance to our high-value customers.
- Develop and implement testing plans for apps and promotions, crucial for advancing our learning agenda.
- Support the development of reporting metrics for product performance such as customer engagement, satisfaction, offer performance, and user journeys.
- Monitor competitor performance regularly to review and understand new promotions, markets, and product features.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Business with at least 5 years of experience in GTM strategies, operations, project management, or marketing is required; Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the sports and sports betting industries.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 96,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
