      Sports Dietitian — Regional Growth Partner 

  • Territory: Gulf South (FL-LA–MS–AL–GA) | Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Pay: Commission-Only

    My Sports Dietitian (MSD) helps athletes and teams “Win from Within” through real sports dietitians and a modern platform: the Eat 2 Win app for athletes and SportsNutriPros (our team/organization management portal).

    We’re hiring a licensed RD/RDN who wants to combine territory sales + account servicing. This role is virtual-first, with in-person sales and servicing encouraged within reasonable travel time.

    What you’ll do 

    • Service your accounts post-sale: onboarding, rollout, adoption, retention/renewal support

    • Deliver/coordinate team nutrition support as contracted (education sessions, Q&As, program guidance)

    • Provide insurance-billable 1:1 nutrition visits via Fay Nutrition for eligible athletes connected to your organizations (as appropriate)

    • Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up cadence using MSD systems and approved materials

    Who you’ll work with (buyers/partners):
    Athletic Directors, Coaches, Athletic Trainers, Strength Coaches, Sports Medicine/Performance Directors, performance facilities, and aligned healthcare partners.


RequirementsMandatory:
  • Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing

  • Reside in one of these states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia or Florida

  • 3+ years servicing athletic teams as a Sports Dietitian at the high school, college, or professional level

  • Must be able to bill insurance via Fay Nutrition or similar platform  

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliable follow-through

Preferred:

  • RD Licensed Required; CSSD credential preferred  

  • Experience working with teams/athletes/parents/coaches

    • Up to 40% on eligible service contracts/leads pursued through sourced leads (details defined per contract)

    • 100% provider payout for eligible 1:1 athlete leads originating within your organizations via Fay Nutrition or similar platform (subject to Fay platform rules/fees, if any)

  • Build a regional presence with a growing sports nutrition brand and scalable delivery platform
