The Block Sales Team is looking for a passionate individual to join our revenue organization. As a sponsorship sales representative, you'll be responsible for closing media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals with crypto-native and Web3 companies, as well as broader fintech and tech brands. If you know how to sell premium media placements and speak crypto fluently — we want you.

You will work directly with the existing revenue team and own the full sales cycle. Moreover, by leveraging our strong industry network, you will expand your existing knowledge base and have the opportunity to build your own personal brand on social media and within the industry.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Own a pipeline of mid-market sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals across display ads, podcasts, newsletters, events, and custom programs
  • Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, growth teams, and brand managers across crypto and fintech
  • Collaborate with our Media, Research, and Events teams to package sponsorship solutions that drive real value
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Stay ahead of crypto market trends, key players, and marketing budgets shifts

Successful candidates will likely have:

  • 2–5 years experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
  • Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets (you're at least crypto-curious, ideally crypto-native)
  • Track record of building pipelines and consistently closing mid-sized sponsorship deals ($10K–$100K)
  • Strong client relationship skills and a hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bonus: Experience selling across multiple media formats (display, audio, events, content syndication)
