The Strategic Account Executive's primary role is to provide support and growth to our customers and clients. The role includes providing Account Management to an assigned book of key customers, collaborating with other team members within the Ametros Account Management team to support growth, or drive program structure from existing Ametros referral-based customers through the systemic adoption of our services.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Executive's primary role is to provide support and growth to our customers and clients. The role includes providing Account Management to an assigned book of key customers, collaborating with other team members within the Ametros Account Management team to support growth, or drive program structure from existing Ametros referral-based customers through the systemic adoption of our services.

What you will do

  • Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain our product value.

  • Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

  • Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate strong and lasting partnerships.

  • Collects and analyzes data to better position Ametros products and services in the market.

  • Keeps accurate records pertaining to potential case load and account notes.

  • Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.

  • Identifies industry trends and shares for the mutual benefit of client programs.

  • Communicates and delegates action plans throughout sales organization.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint.

  • Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers’ Compensation and liability cases, along with an understanding of Ametros products.

  • Proven sales strategy experience resulting in significant client relationship growth.

  • Aptitude for solving complex issues for account management, sales and potential clients.

  • Ability to educate clients and prospective clients, manage and build relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Workers’ Compensation and/or Medicare Set Aside Subject Matter Expert with deep domain expertise in post settlement administration for Worker’s Compensation and liability cases; has an ability to explain to others through written and verbal methods and act as a resource for Sales Operations team and Member Care Services. 

  • Systems Subject Matter Expert with ability to navigate through multiple systems including MS Office Suite including Word and Excel, Dynamics, Adobe, and Salesforce products.

Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 0-2 years experience in a sales or account management position required

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,00USD to $85,00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
