Job Purpose:

As Specialist Sales Representative you will be in charge of promoting the respiratory portfolio in Brussels to relevant specialists within their hospital. Reporting to the First Line Sales Manager, you will act as the person responsible in your area by building your targeting and your action plans to achieve/exceed your sales targets.
 

Key responsibilities:
  • You promote and detail the value of the respiratory portfolio & future assets to target groups and communicate the key messages to targeted specialists.
  • You challenge the targeted customers to identify eligible patients and encourage recommendation and administration.
  • You create & drive implementation of hospital plans based on in-depth understanding of the patient journey and the role of different stakeholders.
  • You analyze sector dynamics, identify trends and opportunities, and proactively take corrective actions to optimize performance within your territory.
  • You implement an omni-channel approach, leveraging all available tools and channels (digital, face-to-face, events, etc.) to ensure maximum impact and engagement with the targeted specialists.
  • You ensure all activities are executed in alignment with GSK high ethics and compliance standards and with all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.

  • Higher Education degree or professional experience enabling in depth scientific. discussion with specialists, including national experts.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • You have a network with pulmonologists in Brussels.
  • Result driven mindset with the willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Cross functional mindset to drive collaboration with commercial and medical colleagues.
  • Willingness to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Fluent in French with a good level of English.
  • Personality with high integrity, emotional intelligence and the ability to work in an evolving environment.
