About the Role:

The company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new business. You will be responsible for driving sales establishing CrowdStrike’s NG SIEM customer base in your region. You will need to prospect, target strategic/enterprise accounts and develop relationships with our partners and resellers to extend your prospecting and pipeline.

You will bring your sales experience in a fast-growing big data / logging / dev-ops / SaaS company. You have a proven track record in taking a new platform to market and displacing legacy solutions. You adapt well and are comfortable in a fluid, evolving environment. You are driven to achieve individual success but also thrive in a collaborative, team setting where everyone is working together to win together. By combining technical expertise with business acumen, this role provides vital, detailed information about how CrowdStrike delivers business value to our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for Log Management within current Falcon Platform customers.

  • Collaborate with the CrowdStrike Account Manager on strategies and tactics for outreach and communication.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years or equivalent experience in consulting, account management, or cybersecurity sales

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.

  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.

  • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology

  • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution

  • Manage the sales cycle from scheduling initial meetings through negotiation, contract changes, and signature.

  • Deliver demonstrations, communicate value, and answer customer objections.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $85,000 - $128,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
