**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Specialist, Client Processing Representative at BNY plays a crucial role in managing client transactions, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is integral to upholding BNY's strategic pillars by fostering trust, innovation, and operational excellence. The role supports BNY's principles by demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and client-focused service. As part of the Client Processing job family, this role involves executing complex transactions and resolving client inquiries, contributing to a streamlined client experience. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing. - Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. - Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. - Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** - 0-5 years of experience. - Experience in brokerage processing preferred. **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards.
BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $65,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
