Primary Purpose
The Campaign Planning Specialist is a critical role unlocking ADRM (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media) investment and incremental commercial value from vendors. The Specialist will become an invaluable strategic partner with internal stakeholders (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media, Digital Campaign and Fresh/Center Digital Merchandising) Additionally, the role will develop and drive implementation for campaign planning and execution tools, processes and ways of working across the Digital Merchandising team.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of the fundamentals and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance
  • Facilitate annual Digital Monetizable Inventory workstream alongside manager to drive innovation and optimization to deliver against ADRM and ADUSA financial goals
  • Drive connection between cross-functional teams in ADRM, ADUSA Creative Services, ADUSA Digital Merchandising and the brands of ADUSA to plan and execute monetized campaigns onsite
  • Maintain calendar of campaigns for visibility across ADUSA and to ensure inventory is filled at each brand
  • Prepare pre-read of upcoming campaigns on monthly and weekly basis
  • Validate program details to confirm alignment with organizational strategies prior to launch and ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience post-launch
  • Ensure accurate execution of all copients, ECIs and events tied to ADRM-sold campaigns
  • Traffic completed creative assets to cross-functional ADUSA Brand teams for launch
  • Execute onsite content build of ADRM campaigns within content management system
  • Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • 4 + years related experience in Site Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing, Category Management Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations/decisions.
  • Quick learner with ability to learn new tools, programs and processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills - able to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
    • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
    • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
    • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for campaign development, analysis, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
  • Experience in a site merchandising role or assortment within a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
