This role sits at the heart of our Global Supply Chain organization, acting as the key link or "glue" between our customer, the Specialty Care GBU, and the CoEs and Digital teams who deliver solutions, processes, and tools to meet business needs. The Specialty Care GBU team consists of Therapeutic Area Heads, Product Leads, Product Planners, and an IBP team (covering IBP, S&OE, Performance, PMR & Inventory).

The role ensures that customer needs are accurately captured, translated into clear requirements, and submitted in the right format through the appropriate channels. The person in this role guides the customer through the entire process — from requirement definition through to UAT and go-live — acting as a trusted partner throughout.

The role will contribute or lead projects in specific areas of supply chain. Supply Chain Project & Business Excellence ambition is to manage the pipeline of projects and deliver them as per the business expectations, in budget, ensuring value realization and in adherence to the standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of corporate projects from the SC side.

  • Act as business partner between GSC Strategy & Excellence (CoEs) and the SC Specialty Care BU team, ensuring best practices and improvements are captured across GSC.

  • Close collaboration with SPC GBU stakeholders to support project and business excellence initiatives.

  • Collaborate on core model design, bringing expertise and knowledge on specific Supply Chain fields.

  • Drive business excellence deployment, seeking scalable solutions and simplification in every initiative.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and other initiatives that drive business excellence.

  • Apply Agile project management practices and a pragmatic approach (payback/impact) to prioritize resource allocations.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply chain management (E2E, supply chain planning, operations, capacity, inventory, MDM), project management, supply chain improvement, operational excellence or other related fields.

  • Result-orientation, problem-solving attitude and a "getting things done" mentality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; thrives in transversal and cross-functional environments.

  • Ability to effectively work in a matrix, multi-cultural, global organization.

  •  Broad understanding of SC E2E processes and their implications on business..

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and best practices, including Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) principles — with specific knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro considered a strong asset.

  • SAP system knowledge.

  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, for performance reporting and decision support.

  • Basic computer science skills, including familiarity with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, are considered an asset.

  • Knowledge of route to market, customer fulfilment processes and tools is considered an asset.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Knowledge of the Specialty Care portfolio and Specialty Care Manufacturing & Supply processes is considered an asset

  • Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • APICS certificate is considered an asset

The salary range for this position is:

$148.500,00 - $214.500,00
