RGG is looking for a high-reaching Sourcing Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team. If you're curious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to deliver excellence to internal partners and prospective candidates, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition recruitment team with sourcing Customer Service roles.
• Assist with crafting inclusive job descriptions while proactively sourcing a diverse pool of candidates.
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in collecting and tracking prospective candidate data.
• Partner with both Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers during the Recruiting Strategy intake to ensure a clear understanding of key competencies required for a successful search.
• Work closely with our Recruiters on Campus in crafting diversity and campus recruitment strategies
• Work collaboratively with our Director of TA in brainstorming creative talent marketing campaigns and social media strategies
• Maintain Open Position Report by partnering with recruiters to ensure all team members are updated and notified regarding candidate activity.
• Ability to connect with all levels of internal partners and external candidates for updates and recaps.
• Strong at networking and maintaining a pool of candidates for their support teams.
• Analytics driven for intake meeting preparation, search results, and metrics within each search.
• Passionate in maintaining a 5-star candidate experience for all levels.
• Brand storytelling and insight into everything RGG when speaking to candidates.
• Leads the lifecycle of all candidates while supporting their recruitment partner assigned to the search.
• Partner with the Corporate Recruiter to prepare documents and market research for an effective recruiting strategy intake with Hiring Managers. 
• Schedule phone and in-person pre-screens with candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist and participate in recruiting events and branding activities.
• Critical thinking within project management and search game plan.
• Running LinkedIn Recruiter profiles for assigned roles.

• 1+ Years of experience in a support role working with Talent Acquisition/Staffing or Human Resources highly desired.  
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
• Excellent learning agility and flexibility, with a strong attention to detail.  
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills – highly organized yet able to work with ambiguity.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Expected Base Salary Range: $ 40/hr

Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
