About the Role
We’re looking for a Contract Sourcing Recruiter to help build high-impact, diverse pipelines of talent for some of our most business-critical roles. This contract position is ideal for a sourcing specialist who is passionate about uncovering exceptional talent, understands how to navigate a competitive hiring market, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first tech environment.
As a Contract Sourcing Recruiter, you will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, engage, and nurture top candidates—playing a critical role in Aurora’s ability to hire the right people at the right time.
Your Impact
Design and run sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Boolean search, and industry networks
Engage passive talent with compelling, personalized outreach that reflects Aurora’s mission and values
Report and iterate—track pipeline health in Ashby, share weekly insights, and remove blockers early
Collaborate as a talent partner—calibrate profiles, refine searches, and ensure a consistent, equitable process
Champion DEI by intentionally widening and diversifying every search
What You Bring
3+ years sourcing in high‑growth tech across both technical and non‑technical functions
Mastery of modern sourcing tools and creative Boolean techniques
Persuasive communicator who crafts crisp, candidate‑centric messages
Highly organized self‑starter who thrives on juggling multiple priorities
Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS/CRM) is a plus
