Sourcing & Contracting Process Support
- Support the development of RFXs, which may include Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs) or Request for Information (RFIs) including the eSourcing capability
- Support the supplier due diligence activities such as conducting market research and supplier assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities, reliability, and capacity
- Support the activities on internal stakeholder communication on RFX to potential suppliers and respond to supplier inquiries
- Support the execution of all relevant documentation, such as contracts and purchase orders
Category Management
- Typically supports but doesn't directly manage spend for category under management
- Typically manages single category
- Typically provides support to categories of medium or low complexity
- Typically provides operational support to CMs
S2P Capability Support (Policy, Processes, Technology, etc.)
- Build reports on the business performance and financial management of the S2P Enablement team
- Contribute to activities on business reviews with suppliers to track performance
- Conduct research for the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to sourcing, procurement, and vendor management and provide regular updates to the leadership
- Learn and apply knowledge of various systems such as sourcing platforms, vendor management systems, and e-procurement tools in the sourcing activities and coordinate with IT teams to ensure that the systems are functioning properly, implementing new features, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Build financial reports in line with S2P needs
Category Strategy Execution
- Supports the delivery of exceptional category value to Pfizer stakeholders through the execution of global category strategies
- Fundamental knowledge of workflow management tools, intake requests segmentation
Sourcing Process Ownership
- Supports the sourcing process activities from identifying suppliers, owning the implementation of new sourcing strategies, aligning with supplier and internal customer needs
- Engage in the discussions with the suppliers to negotiate and finalize contracts
- Fundamental knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies related to standard sourcing, contracting & savings processes in the execution process
- Participate in all the sourcing projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives
Category Strategy Design & Management
- Supports the formulation and documentation of category strategies, where applicable

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have successfully completed Pfizer Futures Finance/GBS Internship in 2025 with high recommendation
- Must have graduated by Spring 2026
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, MIS, Finance, or a related discipline
- Ability to implement process improvement opportunities under the guidance of leadership
- Ability to build training and business review material under guidance
- Experience of operating in environment of changing priorities and fast-paced dynamic requirements
