As a Solutions Operations Manager at Vanta, you will own the execution and operationalization of scaled programs that support our global Solutions and Revenue teams. You'll translate strategic priorities into structured, repeatable programs that improve how we support customers at scale, both pre- and post-sale.

  • Collaborate with Product and Field Readiness to support scalable enablement programs tailored to the Solutions organization

  • Support the development and documentation of global standards that improve quality, consistency, and adoption of internal solutions

  • Track and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into the Solutions team's contribution to revenue and operational impact

How to be successful in this role:

  • 4–7 years of experience in program management, solutions operations, revenue operations, or a related field

  • Experience building structured processes from ambiguity and documenting scalable workflows

  • Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, or Technical teams

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and translating insights into action

  • Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information into structured documentation and updates

  • Ability to operate independently within defined scope while escalating appropriately and driving accountability

  • Preferred:

    • Experience managing Consensus or similar digital demo platforms within a global go-to-market organization

    • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting in tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

    • Knowledge of security, compliance, or data infrastructure solutions

    • Experience building and maintaining scalable documentation systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Google Drive knowledge hubs)

    • Experience working directly with global sales organizations to support strategic pursuits

    • Vendor management experience, including performance tracking and optimization of external tools or partners

  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact

What you can expect as a Vanta’n:

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
