Position Overview: 

Solutions Expert – CTFs & Workshops Delivery 

The Solutions Expert will be responsible for delivering Capture‑the‑Flag (CTF) events, advanced workshops, and analyst enablement sessions across the Americas region. This role requires expertise in digital investigations, strong instructional capability, and the ability to translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario‑based training experiences. The position ensures consistent, high‑quality delivery aligned with Cellebrite’s Services standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CTFs, hands‑on workshops, and advanced investigative training sessions for customers and partners. 
  • Support onboarding and enablement for deployments, ensuring users can operationalize the platform effectively. 
  • Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario‑based learning experiences. 
  • Partner closely with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineering teams to tailor workshops to customer‑specific use cases. 
  • Provide expert guidance on Investigator functionality, investigative flows, case management, and analytical best practices. 
  • Conduct pre‑delivery preparation including dataset validation, environment setup, and exercise walkthroughs. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, contributing to product feedback and operational insights. 
  • Maintain high‑quality delivery documentation and follow‑up communication aligned with Services processes. 
Requirements
  • Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including advanced search capabilities, AI‑driven insights, and collaborative case‑management features. 
  • Demonstrated experience delivering CTFs, workshops, or advanced technical training with strong customer satisfaction. 
  • Background in digital investigations, digital forensics, law enforcement operations, or intelligence workflows. 
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer‑facing instruction skills. 
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience. 
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments, user adoption, or platform onboarding. 
  • Familiarity with Cellebrite’s broader ecosystem (Pathfinder, Guardian, Inseyets, CAS Lab, etc.) preferred. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital forensics, investigative support, or intelligence analysis. 
  • Hands‑on experience with modern investigative platforms or analytic tools. 
  • Prior experience delivering training or instructional content strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to travel across North America and LATAM as required. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus but not required. 

Success Criteria:

  • High customer satisfaction scores across technical trainings, workshops, or CTF deliveries. 
  • Consistent delivery quality aligned with Services delivery standards. 
  • Effective collaboration with Solution Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams. 
  • Ability to independently manage and execute full training cycles. 

Location:

Americas region – remote, with travel expectations up to 50%.
