We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, acting as a bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will work closely with Account Executives during the sales cycle and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team post-sale to ensure seamless implementation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support technical pre-sales efforts, including custom product demos, solution design, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.
- Address technical objections and articulate the value of our solution to ensure customer confidence.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects and customers through the evaluation and adoption of our platform.
- Build, maintain and document demos, and POCs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pilot and implementation process, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical roles.
- Technical experience in data engineering, ETL, data applications, data science
- Developer experience in at least one of the following. python, scala, java, or R.
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and agentic frameworks.
- Strong technical aptitude, with experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into real-world business value for customers.
- Startup experience—comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Proven success supporting technical buyers and collaborating on closing deals.
