About the RoleAs a Senior Solutions Engineer at Synthflow, you’ll be a key technical leader, guiding both prospective and current enterprise customers through their journey with our AI phone agent solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with persuasive communication to understand a prospect's challenges, demonstrate how our solutions can solve their biggest problems, and ensure long-term customer success. This is a high-impact position where you'll act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between sales and engineering and owning the full technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery through post-sales implementation and adoption. This role is a blend of hands-on implementation, project management, and relationship management, ensuring our customers realize the full value of their investment and achieve their business goals..
Your Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to understand prospective customer needs and technical environments.
Lead the technical discovery process, conducting compelling product demonstrations and workshops for both business and technical stakeholders.
Design and architect customized solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that prove the value of our platform.
Own the full technical customer lifecycle, from responding to RFPs and RFIs to leading the technical onboarding and implementation of our AI phone agents.
Serve as the primary technical contact for new and existing customers, troubleshooting integration-related issues and ensuring successful adoption.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like sales, engineering, and product to deliver on customer needs and provide structured feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role like solutions engineering.
You have experience with Enterprise B2B product implementations, ideally at a fast-growing startup.
You possess hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, telephony systems, or workflow automation tools.
You have experience or a deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
You excel in clear, effective communication and can comfortably manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
You are a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and a track record of winning deals.
Familiarity with SIP, telephony providers, or call center systems is a strong plus.
