Build and Run POCs: Be a master of our product's technical evaluation. You'll design, execute, and present the results of Proofs of Concept (POCs). This requires you to be comfortable using our APIs and writing scripts to prepare and analyze data, ensuring a smooth and successful technical trial.
Serve as a Technical Advocate: Act as a conduit between the market and our product team. By understanding industry-wide needs and customer pain points, you will help guide our product roadmap and proactively test new features to incorporate into your technical demonstrations.
Translate Technology to Value: Confidently articulate the value of our technology to various audiences. You'll translate complex technical details into clear business benefits for everyone from developers to executive leadership.
Technical skills:
API Fluency: Advanced proficiency with REST APIs, including the ability to perform hands-on work with tools like Postman
Scripting: Demonstrable proficiency in Python for data manipulation and API interaction. This is a hands-on role; you will be manipulating code.
Soft Skills:
POC Management: Experience designing, executing, and presenting the results of successful enterprise SaaS POCs.
Strategic Communication: Comfortable and credible when speaking with both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives, with an ability to communicate the "why" behind technical solutions.
