As a Solutions Engineer at Entri, you will support sales and customers through technical resources, presentations, and post-sale assistance, ensuring effective product implementation.
Overview:
Entri is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its Customer Success team.
At Entri, Solutions Engineers are expected to act as the primary technical resource for our Account Executives and our customers. You will be the go-to technical resource for our customers - from the first meeting through post-sale support.
High performers in this role develop deep knowledge of the Entri products, and are capable of leading presentations related to Entri’s security, technical architecture and product configuration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively help Account Executives define what Entri products and features are useful for various accounts and business use cases
- Join presale and post-sale calls with existing and prospective customers
- Respond to support inquiries via Slack and Email
- Own the technical aspects required to win various accounts, and take responsibility for driving all technical aspects of a deal forward
- Act as a critical liaison between Sales and Product; sharing market feedback with the Product & Engineering team
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of APIs and web development concepts
- Basic proficiency with javascript
- Comfortable with basic data analysis
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing capabilities
- Ability to parse complex business requirements and questions from enterprise-size companies
- Ability to work cross-functionally between sales and engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering role
Nice to have:
- Experience with domains and DNS
- Experience at fast-moving startups and high-growth companies
Salary Range: $3.5k-$6k p/m
Preferred Location: North or South America
