What we offer
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries (and have since expanded into several other assets). We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs’s Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote with team members across the US.
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineering professional to help grow Ondo Finance’s developer ecosystem in the United States. This role will focus on supporting developers, crypto exchanges, and wallet providers working with Ondo’s APIs for minting and redeeming tokenized assets.
You will be a bridge between our engineering, product, GTM teams and external developers, helping partners succeed in building on Ondo while advocating for their needs internally. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones, and excellent communication skills.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
- Provide hands-on support to partners on minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.
- Create developer-facing resources such as documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
- Foster and grow Ondo’s developer presence in the US
- Gather feedback from partners and developers; relay insights to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and operations to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Represent Ondo at regional hackathons, conferences, and community events when needed.
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related experience (Developer Relations, Developer Support). Web3 experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, especially self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones.
- Technical proficiency (software engineering background preferred) — capable of understanding code, debugging integration issues, and communicating with engineers.
- Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is a plus.
- Experience working directly with crypto exchanges or wallets on API integrations.
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or L1/L2 ecosystems.
- EVM smart contract debugging experience is a strong plus
- Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity—designed to reward outstanding talent and contributions.
- Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and a flexible vacation policy (PTO), recognizing work-life integration.
- A small, remote-first team distributed globally—this is a chance to shape our culture and contribute at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory.
- Work alongside A+ colleagues, including alumni from Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, and Uniswap.
- Backed by best-in-class investors, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.
