Job Summary:
As a Solutions Engineer at Notabene, you will play a key role in realizing our vision of seamlessly integrating cryptocurrency into the global financial ecosystem while ensuring security. You'll closely collaborate with our customer success, support, engineering, and product teams to comprehend client needs and regulatory requirements, crafting tailored technical solutions using our API-first platform.
Responsibilities:
Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. Employ a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. (30%)
Support: Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. (30%)
Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, and customer success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. (15%)
Documentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme. (15%)
Build: Contribute to the development of exemplary proof of concepts to facilitate customer integration. Additionally, help create internal tools and data dashboards for our team. (10%)
Qualifications:
4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Reg Tech (if not reg-tech, cyber(security) compliance could be interesting).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment.
Has customer first attitude
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success.
Nice to Have:
Preferably within the regtech/fintech or blockchain sector.
Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls.
Basic coding and SQL skills.
Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.
