What we're looking for

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our Business Development and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong partnerships.

You'll own the technical implementation journey for our partners, from the first sales conversation through integration, launch, and ongoing success - ensuring seamless execution and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

  • Scope partner engagements with clear objectives and success criteria
  • Work with the business development team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical documentation to support the sales process
  • Present technology demos to support new business

Integration & Implementation

  • Own partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact
  • Support the design and implementation process of tailored solutions based on partner technical requirements
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful integrations

Post-Launch & Growth

  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and identify root causes of partner-reported issues
  • Serve as an advocate for partners inside the engineering organization
  • Use SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to identify and present actionable growth opportunities to partners
  • Manage multiple concurrent partner engagements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to optimize client engagements
Requirements
  • Customer-facing background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role
  • 4+ years of programming experience in Node.JS or an equivalent language
  • 4+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in the travel or travel insurance industry
