Role
We are looking for a remote Partner Services Engineer - Americas to join our Partner Engineering team, reporting to the Global Director, GSP & MSSP Partner Sales Engineering - PE. Partner Services Engineers provide world-class professional services enablement and training to help develop and grow Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners service delivery capabilities. This role works closely with Zscaler’s channel organization, professional services delivery teams and other internal resources to help Service Authorized partners grow their capabilities and services practices supporting Zscaler products.
The Partner Services Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for enabling partners with technical skills, delivery methodologies, management, and leading practices around design and deployment of Zscaler’s products. They are a key resource that Partners will rely on as a trusted advisor in the creation and growth of a robust services practice that supports successful customer outcomes. Educate our Authorized Partners on digital application transformation with Zscaler. Deep dive into Zscaler use cases and work with our partners to develop their technical capabilities to deliver and manage comprehensive service offerings.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Engage and support Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners by providing guidance and enablement in the practice of deployment of Zscaler products, including design, testing processes, leading practices, and project execution
- Provide deal-specific guidance and assistance for deployment planning, design recommendations, and scoping processes
- Collaborate with strategic partners in SoW construction, joint delivery planning, and resource alignment to ensure project success
- Become a Zscaler cloud service expert through self-study, company training, and a desire to excel
- Travel less than 25% to support partner engagements, technical enablement, and internal development

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience with direct customer engagement, including presentations and workshop scenarios
- Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Sr. Support Engineer or similar, supporting networking, security, or web security products
- Expert level understanding of networking and security concepts with large scale practical deployment knowledge
- Knowledge of authentication systems such as MS AD, SAML, or OIDC
- Business fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus, strong verbal and written communication skills
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Background in large scale MDM deployment leveraging security agents on an endpoint
- Experience automating with PowerShell, Python/APIs, or other programming skills
- Global Service provider, MSSP, GSI, Vulnerability Management, and/or DLP experience
