At Mark43, our mission is to equip public safety agencies with modern, scalable technology that improves safety and quality of life in the communities they serve. We deliver intuitive software that sets a new standard for the systems first responders depend on every day. Our customers are diverse, and we are committed to building a team that reflects and embraces that diversity in background, perspective, and experience.

  • Background working with government or public safety agencies (CAD or RMS knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence presenting to a variety of stakeholders, from IT leadership to sworn officers.
  • Familiarity with government procurement cycles and experience responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Ability to craft persuasive technical content, including proposals and demo narratives.
  • Experience building and leading live product demonstrations.
  • Highly self-directed with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 50–80% for onsite meetings and demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Safety, or equivalent experience.

What You Can Expect at Mark43
  • Work that directly supports first responders and the communities they protect.
  • A culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared wins.
  • Autonomy to manage your work and make an impact in the field.
  • An inclusive, supportive environment that values growth and learning.
