Solutions Architect

Your Role:

As an AI Vision Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, translating complex customer challenges into AI-powered solutions. You'll be the bridge between our technology and our clients' visions, turning possibilities into reality. Responsibilities:

• Architect Effective Long-Term Solutions: Dive deep into customer needs, conceptualize, and design AI vision solutions using the Vaidio platform.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with internal (sales and engineering) and external (technology partner and integrator) teams to drive product evolution and ensure end-user-focused deployments at scale.
• Build Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
• Influence Product Direction: Act as a critical conduit for customer feedback, driving enhancements and shaping the future of our AI vision products.
• Embrace Growth: Adapt to evolving responsibilities, expanding your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Communication and Project Management: Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects and communicating complex concepts to end-user customers and partners via both online platforms and in-person meetings.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to quickly learn new concepts, view requests and constraints from multiple perspectives, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions.
• Self-Driven and Collaborative: Ability to thrive independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Positive and Proactive: A can-do attitude and readiness to tackle challenges .
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with scripting or plugin development (Python, C++, or similar).
• Expertise with REST API integrations and plugin development for software solutions.
• Understanding of AI vision technologies, image processing, and deep learning frameworks.
• Understanding of security cameras, networking experience, or IT security solutions.
