Position Overview

The role blends technical expertise, advisory, and solution architecture to ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform. Work closely with customers to understand their security posture and maturity, architecture, compliance requirements, organizational structure, and use cases across different teams and personas. You will guide them in designing the optimal solution configuration, integrating with their existing security tools, and ensuring maximum value realization from the platform. The person maps the platform’s capabilities to their needs, and provides guidance on configurations and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Onboarding: Act as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, working with security, DevOps, IT, and risk management teams to understand their workflows and risk posture.
  • Security Maturity and Use Case Mapping: Engage with customers to understand their security maturity and key use cases. Identify the specific needs of different personas and ensure a prioritized roadmap is created for quick wins and meeting the expectations of the key stakeholders to drive early adoption.
    • Define key success metrics.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer environments and recommend appropriate hierarchies, policies, and configurations to align with their security objectives.Design and recommend optimal configurations for ASPM/RBVM aligned with enterprise security frameworks. 
    • Provide best practice recommendations for policy creation, role-based access control, and reporting.
  • Integration & Automation: Provide guidance on integrating the platform into their existing security stack (SIEMs, ticketing systems, asset management tools, cloud security tools), and DevSecOps workflows.
  • Training & Enablement: At the end of the implementation, conduct workshops and training sessions for different teams to drive adoption and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Feature Requests: Act as a liaison between product and customers to provide feedback for feature enhancements captured during onboarding
  • Annual Health Audit : Conduct an annual security posture and adoption audit, evaluating platform usage, security improvements, and best practices alignment. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance adoption, automate workflows, and optimize risk management strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solution Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, including vulnerability management, DevSecOps, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Experience with security tools (SIEM, ticketing systems, cloud security, RBVM, ASPM, etc.) and integrating them into customer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value and long-term success.
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation tools is a plus (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or CI/CD tooling).
