What is Project Symphony?

To advance us further along our journey to excellence at Integer Holdings Corporation, we are launching Symphony, a program that will implement an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly enables the Integer Production System, including elements such as the production monitoring and improvement process, sales, inventory, and operations planning. The program will effect change across the company, which will have a direct impact on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning Integer for continued success. Symphony is about having the right business processes in place supported by a single, modern, integrated ERP platform.

What you’ll do in this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Suite to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of SAP and provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform post go-live. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of Procurement processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network).
  • Help optimize SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) processes including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.
  • Manage full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA MM.
  • Design and implement procurement workflows aligned with best practices and digital capabilities.
  • Drive vendor onboarding and enablement strategies, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Implement and support VMI and Consignment programs to enhance inventory visibility and supplier collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementation and change management.
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.
  • Experience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
  • Data Management activities: Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards.
  • Design and implement seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change management, using Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and similar tools.
  • Build trust with Supply Chain leaders and business process owners and share best practices and past experiences that will help with decision making.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and committed to sharing ideas and knowledge with cross-functional teams, project team members and delivery partners.
  • Support change management and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to SAP project teams, consultants, and offshore delivery partners.
  • Assess updates in Materials Management, Ariba and related modules and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.

What sets you apart:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement, with at least 3 years in Ariba Suite and S/4HANA Materials Management architecture and implementation. At least two full-cycle Ariba and S/4HANA implementations in an architect or lead role. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
    • Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in a global environment.
    • Experience with Ariba downstream processes like Guided Buying, Catalog Management, and Invoice Management.
    • Medical Device industry experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of procurement business processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
    • Strong understanding of Supplier Lifecycle and Performance management processes.
    • Good Understanding of VMI, Consignment and Outside Processing.
    • Strong understanding of Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network.
    • Hands-on experience in configuration of SAP Materials Management for procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.
    • Skilled in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
    • Experience with Maquiladora setup is a plus.
    • Experience with SAP Fiori, SimpleMDG, OneSource, WalkMe, OpenText, Cloud ALM, Signavio, Tricentis is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodologies in a Plus.
    • Certifications in SAP, preferably in Ariba and Procurement, is a plus.

Travel

  • This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.
  • As such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.
  • Preference will be given to US Citizens, EAD, and Green Card holders.

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
