Solutions Architecture Intern

Location: Burlington, MA

Looking for an internship in an innovative, high-growth company in one of the hottest segments of the security market?  Look no further than Veracode!

Veracode is seeking a Solutions Architecture intern to join our 12-week Summer Internship Program.

You will learn who you want to be when you grow up. Or at least you’ll find out what you don’t want to be. You will get real world experience working on projects supporting a highly technical business function. The projects will enhance business and technical skills in software development and testing, as well as the areas of presentation and public speaking, technical writing, and security research. You will also be exposed to application security consulting, penetration testing, DevOps, and adjacent technologies such as single sign-on, Identity & Access Management, CNAPP, ASPM, and AI. You will be exposed to multiple business departments such as sales, marketing, customer success, security/compliance, legal, product management, and engineering.

If you are someone who seeks hard work, not someone who doesn’t mind hard work. You embrace challenge, hunger for knowledge, and want to the best at whatever you do. You are collaborative and will complete your assign tasks on or ahead of schedule. You will get more than what you put into this internship to help you take the next step in your career.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
