We work with customers to understand their needs in API Security, implementing solutions for maximum impact. Customers rely on our platform for their infrastructure, and implementations start with an open-ended scope like How many APIs do we even have? You'll apply your problem-solving ability, creativity, and skills to help map APIs, assess exposure, and mitigate those, driving impact for customers.

Partner with the best

You'll solve technical and business problems, assess alternatives, costs and consequences, and present to stakeholders. You'll learn new technologies and cloud stacks, and even develop integration tools yourself. You'll make many decisions independently, within a team that supports and challenges you as you develop.

As a Solutions Architect II, you will be responsible for:

• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists
• Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
• Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel
• Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High school / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent.
• Have 7 years of experience in a technical/engineering role at a large enterprises
• Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing facing technical role
• Have experience with troubleshooting/debugging networks and software
• Have 4+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker and NGINX
• Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (TCP/IP stack, HTTP, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Have prior experience with API development, cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
