Striim, (pronounced “stream” with two i’s for integration and intelligence), is a unified data integration and streaming platform that connects clouds, data, and applications with unprecedented speed and simplicity to deliver the right data at the right time. Striim is used by enterprise companies to monitor events across any environment, build applications that drive digital transformation, and leverage true real-time analytics to provide a superior experience to their customers. At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and dignity.

Our real-time data streaming and integration platform empowers enterprises to make instant, data-driven decisions. With cloud-native, and recently added agentic AI–enhanced features, organizations are able to integrate, process, and act on data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments — delivering true business agility and insight. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, we partner with global cloud and database providers to drive innovation across industries.

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the Cloud and Database Alliances technical strategy and execution. This individual will serve as the primary technical liaison between Striim and its strategic ecosystem partners — including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and major database providers (Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, etc.).

You will define and execute solution architectures, co-innovation initiatives, and joint technical go-to-market strategies that expand our platform’s reach, strengthen partner integrations, and accelerate customer adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Enablement: Lead technical enablement for alliance partners — including solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architecture workshops.

  • Co-Selling and GTM Support: Collaborate with partner sales and technical teams to identify co-selling opportunities and build scalable solution blueprints for joint customers.

  • Technical Leadership: Design and validate joint reference architectures that demonstrate the power of Striims’s real-time streaming and AI integration capabilities across cloud and database ecosystems.

  • Integration Strategy: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for cloud and database connector integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

  • Evangelism: Represent Striim at partner events, webinars, and joint marketing activities as a thought leader in real-time data streaming and AI-driven integration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Solution Architects to align alliance technical strategy with customer needs and roadmap priorities.

  • Agentic AI Solutioning: Develop AI-enhanced data architecture frameworks that showcase how agentic intelligence can drive autonomous decisioning and optimization across connected data ecosystems.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Alliances roles within cloud, data integration, or enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Fabric).

    • Deep knowledge of modern databases and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).

    • Hands-on experience with real-time streaming technologies (Kafka, Pulsar, Striim, Flink) and integration frameworks (API, ETL, ELT).

    • Familiarity with modern AI/ML applications in data pipelines or operational intelligence.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, partner-facing presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bonus: Prior experience in technical alliance roles, joint GTM planning, or cloud marketplace solution deployment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options
  • Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental and vision), including medical and dependent FSA
  • Retirement plan (401K)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged culture

Compensation

$140,000 - $170,000 USD on an annualized basis. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission-based rewards.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted until the position is filled.

Our company culture fosters entrepreneurship and nurtures our team members to grow with the company. Come join a Silicon Valley startup focused on delivering a product that’s loved by its customers and primed to be a core part of the cloud data stack.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. It is in our best interest to continue to foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion to bring the most value to our workforce, customers, and partners.
