As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial and Investment Bank's Post Trade Tech Team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Technology, Product leads, Finance and Operations Stakeholders.
- Influence stake holders with a view to drive consensus.
- Participate in Strategic Operating Model work stream within the larger program of work
- Gather requirements and clear articulation to wider team of developers, testers, Finance and Operations Users.
- Gather agreement on the implementation approach that balances the principles of ACM application, the future state technology architecture, and the future state operating model.
- Create Epics, stories and keeping the documentation up-to-date and manage changes to requirements per process
- Drive creation of detailed functional specifications with AS-IS process flows and target state processes.
- Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements/functional specs/ to reviewing SIT and UAT test cases, and supporting all the testing phases.
- Partner with the development teams to facilitate the build effort (e.g. ensuring build teams understanding of the specifications).
- Develop use cases, and partner with the business to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing and implementation
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and the development of appropriate documentation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Experience of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Alteryx.
- Experience in PLSQL.
- High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation.
- Should have a proactive approach for problem solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, able to communicate effectively on both technical and business level
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
- Good testing principles as well as good defect management skill
- Understanding Software Development Life Cycle and specifically BA process & test methodologies
- University graduate in IT/Finance with 8+ years or equivalent work experience in business analysis within Investment Banking Domain.
- Ability to pitch communication at different audiences appropriately, from technical colleagues to managers in the business.
