Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
- Requirements planning against an End-to-End test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation.
- Ability to effectively lead daily Scrum Calls and deputize for the Program Test Manager in fortnightly Delivery Working Group meetings. Ability to manage expectations of both stakeholders and teams supporting E2E test execution.
- Identification of testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the Project. Responsible for completing a knowledge audit / matrix on each team member, documenting any gaps, taking steps to fill those gaps and ultimately ensuring that all UAT skills are transferable across the team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
- Functional knowledge of Payments domain and experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution. Utilization of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution, therefore previous experience of automated testing is required. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation.
- Experienced in using Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required.
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.
- Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB's delivering in a highly complex, pressurized and high volume environment.
