We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Solutions Advisory to serve as a trusted consultant for our clients, helping them maximize the value of our technology solutions and offerings. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen to provide strategic guidance, ensure customer success, and drive long-term relationships. The candidate should be able to drive our solutions and offerings to match customer/industry demands. As a senior leader in the Solution Design and Offerings team, the candidate will lead strategic pursuits, offering development, sales enablement and promote innovation and growth.

What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Global Solution Design team.
- Align solutions with market trends and client needs.
- Drive innovation in service offerings and delivery methodologies.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead the development of proposals and client pitches.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Advisors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Recruit and retain top talent in the technology consulting field.
- Thought Leadership:
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Publish articles and whitepapers on emerging technology trends.
- Establish the company as a thought leader in technology consulting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with all practices to deliver integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with solution engineers to align services with product offerings.
- Customer Success Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of our technology solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer engagements and increase our footprint.
- Technical Consultation:
- Provide expert advice on CPrime capabilities and offerings to solve customer business problems.
- Assist customers in planning roadmaps, product strategies, execution methodologies, platform selections, etc.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for proactive and reactive pursuits.
- Business Value Realization:
- Help customers quantify and realize the business value of our solutions.
- Develop case studies and success stories highlighting customer achievements.
- Account Planning:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and expansion plans.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer success, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong network within the industry and a history of successful client relationships.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
