The Solution Advisory Director has the responsibility to work with a segment of clients, primarily virtually, but occasionally with on-site visits and live events. What you will do:
- Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure they capitalize on all available features in the solution and that the implemented solution meets the client’s organizational and business needs.
- Understand and be able to clearly articulate the benefits of the Walls solution to all levels of a client organization, including IT leadership.
- Focus on satisfaction with the Walls solution and create remediation plans, de-escalate issues, and help with troubleshooting when required.
- Lead and support Walls user group sessions and be an active moderator and contributor to our online client community.
- Serve as a visible presence in the marketplace, demonstrating Intapp’s technology expertise and thought leadership at conferences and Intapp events.
- Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the review with the Product Management organization, and coordinate responses to clients.
- Provide the voice of the customer on new features and development priorities.
- Work with Compliance business unit colleagues to identify trends, formulate recommendations, and execute programs to optimize the client journey and result in high client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm in a technology role, preferably within the Risk, Compliance, or New Client Onboarding teams or technologies.
- Experience with Intapp solutions, including Walls, is a distinct advantage.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, iManage, and NetDocuments is a distinct advantage.
- Experience with financial management systems (Elite 3e, Aderant) is an advantage.
- Strong consultative and communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence, and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
- Experience with change management and/or developing adoption strategies for technologies.
- Strong business acumen and client service mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Resourceful problem-solver, driven by results.
- Self-starter, dependable, collegial, and a team player.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the year.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
