As a Solutions Sales Executive at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate customer pain points and needs by delivering both in person and virtual to-the-point, specific product presentations

• Translate tech-speak into value-based discussions for C-Suite, influencers, and end user advocates

• Use available tools and resources to deliver tailored demo experiences for our customers

• Facilitate and support evaluations/Proof of Concepts to ensure a successful outcome

• Develop a collection of customer stories from previous experiences and historical stories from the team

• Ensure a seamless transition from the pre-sales process to post-sale delivery

• Work with different areas of the business daily to deepen their knowledge of the market, our products, and what matters most to our customers

Qualifications

• You are energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes

• You can earn credibility as a trusted advisor with C-suite and senior leaders within large global organizations

• You have a strong desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems

• You are keen on organization, collaboration, and getting things done

• Comfortable with a quickly changing environment

• Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $70,500 to $145,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
