The Solution Engineer leads the deployment of the IVIX platform, providing technical support and collaborating with teams to ensure successful client engagement.
Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Solution Engineer to lead the successful, secure, and scalable deployment of the IVIX platform within our US client environments. This role owns the full technical lifecycle of customer engagements—from Proof of Value (POV) through to long-term enterprise deployment—ensuring our technology consistently delivers actionable intelligence and real business value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills, enabling seamless implementation, ongoing optimization, and trusted partnership with our clients.
About the postion- Lead and execute the end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the IVIX platform in client environments, including both on-premise and SaaS models.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support related to deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues.
- Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration to support business intelligence insights.
- Lead the technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, providing expert technical guidance during the POV stage through full enterprise deployment.
- Provide technical expertise and input to Product and R&D teams to ensure deployment architecture and features align with client requirements and current workflows.
- 5+ years leading technical deployment, DevOps, or SRE teams in a B2G/B2B enterprise software company.
- Extensive experience installing and deploying software solutions in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments, with familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and various virtualization platforms.
- High proficiency in Linux systems and command-line tools.
- Demonstrable understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to government or financial services (e.g., managing a platform that satisfies stringent security standards).
- Proven ability to establish high-level organizational skills, clarity, and governance across technical delivery and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical teams and executive customer stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying challenges and providing effective, innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or integrations is a significant advantage.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with government clients.
