- Triage and fix bugs quickly—especially partner-impacting issues.
- Build and maintain backend systems powering our API.
- Collaborate with products to shape features and improve partners onboarding.
- Collaborate directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, fix problems, clarify technical questions, and drive timely resolutions.
- Continuously improve our technical docs, and internal tooling to enhance developer experience.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Solid fundamentals: you write clean, maintainable code and understand how to debug complex systems.
- Familiarity with Blockchain systems, dApps, and smart contracts.
- Great communication and soft skills—you can translate technical details clearly, both internally and externally.
- Comfortable owning tasks independently in a remote-first, async team.
- You take initiative, solve problems quickly, and care about product quality.
Bonus Points
- Professional experience with Go.
- Familiarity with multi-chain ecosystems (EVM chains, L2s, Solana, etc.).
- Strong grasp of API development: REST, token-based auth, error handling, etc.
- Experience building or contributing to Web3 projects (personal or commercial).
- Enjoy helping others succeed—whether it’s teammates or external devs.
About You
- You love building resilient, elegant systems that developers enjoy using.
- You have the ability to work in multitasking mode.
- You enjoy learning new technologies.
- You value clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- You’re excited by the opportunity to shape how the next wave of Web3 builders get started.
