The Shibumi Delivery Services team leverages pre-configured applications and the flexible Shibumi platform to deliver customized solutions to a vast portfolio of clients. Implementation engagements vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case.

As a Delivery Services Solution Consultant, you will drive awareness, adoption, delivery and implementation of the Shibumi platform and solutions. Solutions Consultants coach, train, and mentor Shibumi customers and partners on how to leverage the Shibumi applications. and enable them to have the ability to independently maintain their solutions post-implementation engagement.

The Solution Consultant role reports to the Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Shibumi solution expert across client engagements
  • Leverage Shibumi applications and proven implementation methodologies to quickly configure solutions to address client business requirements
  • Understand and translate client business artifacts and requirements into Shibumi solution structures and templates
  • Use AI tools as part of a daily workflow to analyze data, prepare for client conversations, and address client configuration requests. Apply sound judgement to verify AI output and protect client data.
  • Provide pre-sales support as needed, including development of customized demonstrations, contribution to RFX responses, development of marketing and training collateral, etc.
  • Balance multiple ongoing engagements at a variety of stages, managing expectations of key internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong background with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Broad technical knowledge, including familiarity with subjects such as basic data modeling; analyzing and visualizing data in Excel or other tools; designing web-based layouts to present information to end users; broad understanding of the various types of software in corporate environments; and approaches for integrating between software platforms.
  • Hands-on, demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of work, with specific examples to share
  • Good judgment about when AI output needs review, and an understanding of confidentiality and data privacy considerations when using AI with client information
  • Previous experience working at an Advisory Firm, as a team member on business improvement/transformation programs, or in a Solution Consulting role at a technology company
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as external clients and partners
  • Ability to work with remote team members
  • Ability / flexibility to support a global client base
