What We Need
BCBSMA is requiring an Informatica Solutions Architect responsible for the design and support of BCBSMA’s modern platform enablement including design, security, governance, sizing, and capacity planning. The candidate will provide guidance and recommendations when scoping infrastructure requirements with business leaders, enterprise architecture, and domain solution architects. Partner with project managers and teams to set deliverables and expectations for project deadlines and resource requirements.
In this role, you will be pivotal in uniting our technical data operations with end-user business solutions. You will leverage Informatica’s integrated data governance tools to create a single source of truth, providing a unified view for both technical and business stakeholders. Establishing this strong data governance is the key to bringing successful solutions to life and is critical for BCBSMA to reach its full potential, especially with advanced AI initiatives.

Your Day to Day
Strategic Platform Architecture: Lead the architectural design of the Informatica platform, establishing a robust foundation for Data Governance that directly enables advanced Data Analytics and meets evolving business objectives. Enhance Solution Delivery: Proactively manage and configure the Informatica product suite to strengthen the organization's data management capabilities, ensuring the consistent and reliable delivery of data-centric solutions. Operational Excellence: Fulfill Service Now requests and rapidly resolve platform incidents, acting as a key resource to guarantee the high availability and integrity of critical data services that support the business. Collaborative Leadership: Actively partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and vendors in strategic meetings to influence technical direction, align on requirements, and accelerate the delivery of innovative solutions.

We’re Looking for:
We are seeking a creative problem-solver who demonstrates integrity, is an active listener, and maintains a positive approach to influence decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a highly regulated organization, preferably in the healthcare industry, and possess knowledge of security compliance frameworks.
What You Bring:
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent job experience, along with a minimum of five years in Information Technology. Essential to this role is your hands-on technical experience implementing and managing a suite of Informatica middleware products, with technical certifications from Informatica being preferred
What You’ll Gain:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on the high-level design of the company's enterprise platform and system topologies. You will gain valuable experience by taking responsibility for the design, configuration, and capacity planning for all of the organization's Informatica platforms, directly guiding infrastructure requirements and setting project deliverables.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
