Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Implementation: Support onboarding of new clients by managing assigned modules, configuration tasks, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Configuration Workbooks: Create, maintain, and review data collection templates; collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Solution Support: Identify gaps in standard implementations and assist with designing practical solutions. Provide clear documentation and walkthroughs.
  • Client Training and Walkthroughs: Explain platform capabilities in simple, actionable terms to ensure clients can navigate and adopt effectively. Develop and deliver client specific training to Home Office staff
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients and internal product/technical teams, ensuring alignment on capabilities and timelines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and support to ensure seamless client experiences and escalate issues when needed.
  • Reporting: Provide clear updates on engagement status to clients and internal leadership.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a consulting, implementation, or technical onboarding role
    • Background in financial services, insurance, or wealth advisory technology.
  • Familiarity with financial services concepts such as custodians, trading, or account performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable delivering client training and demos.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Direct experience with enterprise wealth management platforms.
    • PMP or similar certification

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
