The Senior Solution Architect will represent and sell CX solutions, identify customer needs, architect solutions, present demonstrations, and collaborate with teams.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help us sell CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities
- Represent PTP CX services and solutions to clients and partners, which includes client meetings and field events such as conferences and seminars
- Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements
- Architect and scope solutions which meet business and technical requirements
- Present solutions and conduct demonstrations
- Create proposals and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Collaborate with sales, partners and internal teams to provide clients with CX solutions
Requirements
- Ideal candidate must be self-managed with a proven track record in professional services and software sales
- 5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
- Knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
- Knowledge of contact center infrastructure
- Experience with large contact center implementations
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to travel
- BS in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred
Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
