About the Role:

As a Solution Architect at env0, you’ll be the go-to resource for helping customers achieve success with our platform. You’ll assist customers with deploying and scaling their IaC workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure they get the most value from env0. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while working closely with a skilled team and innovative technology.



Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in deploying, integrating, and optimizing env0 with their existing IaC workflows (Terraform, AWS, etc.).
  • Participate in Zoom calls with customers to address their challenges and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, engineering, marketing, and product) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and resources to improve customer onboarding and support processes.
  • Provide first-level technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud and DevOps trends to better serve customer needs.



Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., support engineer, pre-sales, or technical consultant).
  • Understanding of Terraform, IaC, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the DevOps and cloud automation space.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS customers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Exposure to scripting or programming languages.
  • Background in supporting or implementing cloud-based applications.
