  • Deliver training, walkthroughs, and solution documentation as part of project handoffs.
  • Identify reusable patterns and contribute to internal solution documentation and standards.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and trends, and apply relevant innovations across active projects.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and accountability within the solution team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce consulting or equivalent experience across multiple Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead portions of projects and deliver quality solutions with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience working directly with clients.
  • Capable of translating complex business requirements into Salesforce architecture and configurations.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to their growth.
  • Familiarity with technical design patterns and integration strategies.
  • Confident in working alongside Sales to support discovery and scoping conversations.
  • Salesforce certifications across multiple platforms are strongly preferred.
  • Driven to grow expertise and take on greater ownership within the Delivery Team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $85K - $115K
  • Fully remote work

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
