Our team leads end-to-end testing across critical enterprise systems and backend APIs, enabling new product innovation and supporting enhancements to existing offerings like Connections, MarketVIP, Local Expert, Market Reach, Listing Toolkit, New Home Sales Builder, Media & Rentals Subscription, and Pay-Per-Lead/Lease products.   • Gain hands-on experience with Playwright, Salesforce, and backend API testing while contributing to automation frameworks and end-to-end testing for enterprise-scale systems.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright for functional, regression, and performance testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user stories, and design specifications for Salesforce and web applications.

  • Write and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts based on evolving requirements and system architecture.

  • Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, with a focus on reliability and security.

  • Perform API testing for Salesforce integrations and various backend systems.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects, offering detailed, constructive feedback to developers.

  • Continuously improve the test automation framework and QA processes to support rapid development cycles.

  • Monitor and report on test outcomes to ensure product readiness and quality standards before deployment.

  • Partner with developers, product owners, and analysts to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and ensure delivery excellence.

How we work:

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering and testing, with a strong background in automation testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Proficiency in Playwright for automated testing of web applications.
  • Familiarity with other test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of API testing and tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SOAP UI.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with other test automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python).
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems and integrations with Salesforce.
