As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring new and existing implementations, training customers on effective use of the software, and consulting with clients on system changes. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for system implementation
- Ensure effective hand-off from Sales, clearly understanding the customer’s value proposition
- Execute implementation tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ensure effective hand-off to Support, to ensure customer’s configuration and key businesses processes are documented
- Document business processes
- Document system data flow and mapping
- Perform customer data conversions including documentation and testing
- Seek understanding of complex issues and take the necessary steps to solve the problem in a timely manner
- Communicating new opportunities to Sales
- Identify and communicate any project risks in a timely manner to the project manager

Travel:

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management, Accounting, or another technical discipline.

- AGRIS Software Knowledge
- Agricultural Background
- Good understanding of accounting principles
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years in an Implementation Role for an ERP Software
